I have known Mr. Rudra Thaker from 2018, who joined our team as a full stack Java Developer. Rudra was a standout performer with a sound knowledge over his academics and strong analytical skills. His main KPI is to develop codes and fulfil the client requirements. He is a full- stack Java developer, and proficient with web logic and Linux. New to the professional domain, Rudra has really picked up well and is contributing in huge amounts with the development team, where he completed implementation of latest messaging skills like Kafka and XFB on one the components of the projects and recently contributed on developing a common script scheduler for all the components of the same. Rudra now has a complete understanding of the business need, he exhibits reliability during critical situations and ability to resolve immediate escalations, which are always appreciated by the internal teams.
